The owners personally oversaw every aspect of our job which included the removal of three very large sissous (10+ years old) and the trimming and fertilizer for our queen palms and pineapple palms. They were professional, all members of their team were polite and spoke English, and they were neat and tidy! Believe it or not, they left my yard better than it was! You could not even tell that we had trees in those locations after they left! Stumps were ground below the surface, roots were removed, all debris was mulched down at the scene then hauled away, very pleased with them! Their service was impeccable and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors! Local company, in business for 35 years, I would give them an A+ 5 star rating!! I contacted four different licensed, insured and bonded companies, all had prices far higher! Call Allison and Bob, they will be fair and treat you right!

I called this company for a quote on tree trimming. Allison said she would be by that day to discuss. 2 hours later I had a price and some advice on two other trees. I went ahead without any other quotes because the price sounded reasonable based on past experience with tree trimming. Probably not the cheapest I could have gotten but here is the best part of the service. Crew showed up the next morning, did a great job, and was gone by 9:00 am. Less than 24 hours after my initial call. I would not expect that speed of service every time but it was impressive and quality was great. AACHEN will be my go to for tree maintenance.

An update on Aachen tree service. Our Sissoo area started to exhibit some growth where the stump grinding had occurred. Called Allison and was on the schedule within a week. They were out this AM & did a regrind. I also asked if they could remove a couple of dead branches on a tree nearby. Done!!! No charge! They have my praises for great customer service and satisfaction!

The service provided was tops. I called for a tree removal and had the rest of the property gone over. The crew was professional, very good work performed. I plan on having them out again soon. They knocked out an amazing amount of work in less than a day.

Great service at the right price! Worked with Bob White to have two huge trees removed with stump grinding. His crew showed up on time and was professional to the last. Completely cleaned yard after removal and now it looks as if the trees never existed. I am completely satisfied and I would absolutely recommend AACHEN to anyone. I will use them for all my tree related services going forward. A++ I would not expect that speed of service every time but it was impressive and quality was great. AACHEN will be my go to for tree maintenance.

They have removed two different trees and effectively stump grinded which I learned the hard way does not always happen and they have performed tree trimming for me. I couldn't be more pleased. Bob came to my house and gave me a quote and the crew was able to immediately do the work. They removed, stump ground, and prunned other trees. They were so quick, did a great job, and cleaned all the debris in about 2 hours. I felt like the price was fair, less than the other estimates I received.

After we had two trees die, I reached out to several tree companies to ask about removal. It was pretty clear that at least a couple were uninterested in doing the work... the quotes were, wow! Aachen gave a bid that included removal of the trees *and* the roots, *and* included thinning out a knotted-up mess of a palo verde, that was significantly less than other quotes to just grind down the stump. I have to admit... I'm usually leery of the lowest bidder, but Allison made me feel confident that Aachen could deliver. And they did! The crew was on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned everything up. We're super happy that we called Aachen, and believe you should too!

Showed up earlier than expected, which was great! Very courteous and friendly. They did an AMAZING job and know what they're doing!! I love the way my back yard looks now!! We had overgrown fruit trees and dying queen palms. The fruit trees are perfectly manicured now and the palms were trimmed and injected with fertilizer so hopefully they'll make it . They were so amazing that I asked if they could squeeze some extra trimming work in for my Pygmy palms and they did with no fuss. I would hire these guys again and again (and will when more work is needed)!! Oh, and they made sure my pool was up cleaned after!!

We have lived in the valley for 15 years. We have used many of the big name companies, always to be disappointed and ripped off. A friend recommended Aachen and we gave them a call. Allison assessed our situation and listed to our concerns and the next day provided and estimate. We scheduled the service a few days later. Allison was on sight (unlike other "professsionals, who send out a crew, unfamiliar with the details), the entire day while she supervised the crew and inspected their work. I usually do not post reviews, however Aachen really impressed me enough to take the time to share my experience. Dont call anyone else before calling Aachen...

They removed a huge Palo Verde tree from our front yard and four mesquite trees from the back. This crew absolutely knows what they are doing. They cut down the trees removed every bit of debris and ground the stumps. You can't tell there were ever trees there. They pruned five mesquite trees and they look absolutely beautiful!! They even planted the new tree in our front yard. If you want fast, professional service you need to hire this company. Thank You to Allison & Bob and the entire crew!!

Allison, Bob and their team have taken care of our trees on two different occasions (seasonal) in the past 6 months. They are on-time and efficient with their work, and their crews definitely know what they are doing. In August, they cleaned out a large, unbalanced mesquite and a large - equally unbalanced and overgrown Chinese Elm, and essentially gave both a new lease on life. Today, they came back - perfectly timed to prune our three citrus trees, shaping the canopies and cleaning out the inner trees - before they begin to bloom for next season. I'm pretty sure we will see a bumper crop next season! The cost of their work is quite reasonable. We will definitely call them back when we need our trees serviced again, and would highly recommend Aachen Tree Service to our friends and neighbors. Thanks Allison and Bob!

The summer heat was devastating, we lost 4 ficus and 4 ash trees along with 6 shrubs over 4 feet tall. Allison came by to provide a free estimate. The estimate included tree and bush removal including root removal; also included trimming/thinning out two trees in front yard. Allison was great and the estimate was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time, they were efficient and responsive and left the property spotless upon departure. I would not hesitate to call them in the future, if needed. I recommend Aachen without reservation, we are very pleased and you would be too.

We had severe storm damage and half of a tree with a bifurcated trunk wound up in our lake. We got more than one estimate and Allison from Aachen was both great and reasonable. The Aachen crew was fantastic and they have the best in both equipment and service. It was a difficult removal because of the lake but they removed the whole tree and ground the stump effectively and with amazing expertise. You can't go wrong with Aachen.

I give this company my highest recommendation. My previous experience with a tree company was not good so I was a little concerned hiring a new company. I was immediately impressed with Alison's knowledge and professionalism and fair price. They removed two palm trees (including a 20 foot tree) AND they fixed a problem from the previous company's poor work. They were timely, quick, cleaned up everything. Great experience, thank you!

I don't give that many 5-stars. I'd give this company a 6! Very friendly, fast and as others said, they cleaned up so well I really don't think anyone was here. Took a big sissou down in one hour (including cleanup). Wow!

Had a fantastic experience with Aachen Tree Service this morning! Our mesquite was out of control, and their crew quickly tamed and shaped the beast. They brought a wood chipper on site, and thoroughly cleaned up all of the extra debris in my yard - and neighbor's yard - before leaving. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent service. Extremely polite crew, timely and reasonable. Removed 10-15 shrubs/ bushes and trees in perpetration for updated landscaping. Cleaned up all areas, replaced rock to the point you would never know a plant was there. Couldn't be happier with the job they did.

They did such a great job cleaning up a huge ficus tree in our yard. It had large branches that needed to be cut from frost and trimming from over a year's worth of growth. The yard was so clean when they were finished I could not have been more pleased. The guys were so friendly and obviously enjoy their work. They have great customer service and are very professional.
